Currently in the process of trying to find an apartment for myself and a barn for Ina, which is a pain and I've barely started. I just want a nice pretty building to live in, with courtyards, overlooking a garden, is that really too much to ask? Oh right, not at Scripps anymore, le sigh.
I've been obsessively adding everyone who joins the class of 2013 facebook group as my friend. You know because I do want them to be my friends, and also because I want to judge them based on their profiles. Yeah, really mostly for the judging. I just hope they are doing the same to me, judge away! I'm awesome!
Ina has been quite naughty this past week. She'll just stop and be like NO I DON'T WANT TO DO THAT. Which is highly uncool. So while I was riding today my mom got after her with the lunge whip and then she was very willing to go forward. Silly baby warmblood mare. Whilst riding she managed to take about a quarter sized chunk off of her front heel. It wasn't all that deep but I scrubbed it and wrapped up her foot. I'd really rather not have it turn into some nasty proud flesh or festering infection.
OMG. SASQUATCH. THIS WEEKEND. SO EXCITED.
My shoulders got burned last weekend, but now seem mostly healed, which is good, cuz it'll probably be real sunny and hot and my poor winter-colored skin can't handle too much right now. Sunscreen may be one of the greatest things every invented. Remeber that sunscreen song thing? I liked that, I should find it.
